  • 1 tablespoon Water to thin batter

Instructions

  • Combine flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, and salt in a microwave-safe mug.
  • Add egg, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and water. Mix well until smooth.
  • Stir in chocolate chips gently.
  • Microwave for 60 to 90 seconds, until set but still fudgy in the center.
  • Let cool for 1 minute before serving. Optional: top with ice cream or whipped cream.

Notes
