Equipment

  • 1 Parchment paper To prevent sticking
  • 1 Mixing bowl Medium size
  • 1 Wire whisk To beat eggs properly

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Nutella Room temperature
  • 2 eggs Room temperature
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour Sifted

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line an 8x8 inch metal baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the eggs until light and slightly frothy.
  • Add Nutella to the eggs and whisk until smooth and well combined.
  • Sift in the flour and gently fold it in using a rubber spatula or whisk.
  • Let the batter rest for 10 minutes.
  • Pour batter into the lined pan and bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely before cutting into 9 squares.
