Instructions
Preheat oven and grease pan
Combine wet and dry ingredients separately
Gently fold in apples and nuts
Pour batter and bake until toothpick clean
Let rest 15 min, transfer to rack
Brush warm cake with honey
Keep in airtight container

This cake gets even better the next day. Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
