Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
Mix oats, cinnamon, salt, and baking powder in a bowl.
Dice apples and combine with honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
Press half oat mix into pan, add apple mixture, and top with remaining oats.
Bake 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool completely before cutting into bars.
