Instructions
Peel and dice apples into small pieces
Cook diced apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt
Let apple mixture cool completely before using
Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy Cream Mix
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract Add Eggs
Alternate adding dry ingredients and milk until batter is smooth Mix Batter
Gently fold in cooled apple mixture Fold Apples
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and smooth top Fill Pan
Bake at 350°F until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean (about 55 mins) Bake Bread
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack Cool Bread
Slice only when fully cooled for clean cuts and best texture Slice Bread
