Ingredients

Instructions

  • Toast bread until golden, brush with olive oil.
  • Mash avocado with lime juice, salt, pepper, garlic.
  • Spread avocado mix on toast.
  • Cook eggs to preference, season lightly.
  • Place eggs on toast, garnish with herbs and toppings.
