Ingredients

  • 2 large Ripe bananas Very ripe with brown spots
  • ½ cup Peanut butter Natural
  • 2 tablespoon Honey or maple syrup Your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Optional but adds flavor
  • 1.5 cups Old-fashioned oats
  • 2 tablespoon Chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoon Ground flaxseed
  • ¼ cup Protein powder Optional
  • ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon Optional
  • ¼ cup Mini dark chocolate chips Optional
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped almonds Or any preferred nuts
  • 2 tablespoon Shredded coconut Optional
  • Sea salt To balance flavors

Instructions

  • Mash bananas and mix with wet ingredients.
  • Add oats, seeds, and dry mix.
  • Fold in chips and almonds.
  • Roll into balls.
  • Chill in fridge.
