Ingredients

Cheesecake Filling

  • ½ cup Sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch Secret to perfect texture

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham crackers Crushed
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Melted

Instructions

  • Prepare graham crust.
  • Bake crust at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  • Mix cream cheese base.
  • Add sugar and eggs.
  • Fold in creams and vanilla.
  • Bake in water bath.
  • Cool in oven gradually.
