Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted butter Melted

  • 2 Large eggs Room temperature
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract

  • ¾ cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips Mixed into batter

  • ½ cup Heavy cream Warmed
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter For ganache
  • 1 tablespoon Corn syrup Optional for shiny ganache
  • ¼ cup Rainbow chip sprinkles or M&Ms Topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prep pan
  • Make brownie batter and bake
  • Let brownies cool completely
  • Prepare chocolate ganache
  • Spread ganache on cooled brownies
  • Add rainbow chips on top
  • Chill for 1 hour or overnight
  • Cut into rectangles and serve
