Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough Room temperature
  • 3 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese Shredded
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Optional, for garnish
  • Marinara sauce For serving
  • Ranch dressing Optional, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
  • Roll out the pizza dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt. Brush mixture over the dough.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan evenly over the dough.
  • Use a sharp knife or cutter to slice the dough into breadstick shapes.
  • Bake for 15 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  • Brush with additional butter mixture if desired after baking.
  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Serve warm with marinara or ranch dressing.
