Instructions
Chocolate + butter until smooth.
Cocoa, flour, baking soda, salt.
Melted chocolate + sugars.
Slightly, then add eggs & extracts.
In dry mix gently.
Mint chips into dough.
Onto lined baking sheets.
350°F, 10–12 mins.
5 mins, then rack.
With powdered sugar.
Notes
For extra flavor, chill the dough for 30 minutes before baking. Adjust baking time depending on desired chewiness.
