Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line pan.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, cocoa, baking powder, salt.
Melt butter and sugars, then add eggs and vanilla.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until just combined.
Pour half batter, drizzle caramel, add chocolate chips.
Add remaining batter, drizzle more caramel, sprinkle salt.
Bake 25–30 mins until toothpick has moist crumbs.
Cool 15 mins, transfer to rack, slice when set.
Notes
For an extra gooey experience, warm the brownies slightly before serving and top with ice cream.
