  • 1 9x13 inch baking pan Lined with parchment
  • 1 Electric or stand mixer For beating cream cheese
  • 1 Food processor To crush graham crackers
  • 1 set Measuring cups/spoons
  • 1 Rubber spatula For folding
  • 1 Sharp knife For clean cuts
  • 1 Parchment paper For easy removal

Ingredients

Crust

  • 2 cups Graham cracker crumbs Crushed finely
  • 0.5 cup Butter Melted
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Sugar Granulated
  • 3 large Eggs Room temp
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 1 cup Mini chocolate chips Folded in
  • 2 tablespoon Powdered sugar Optional dusting

Instructions

  • Crush graham crackers, mix with butter & salt, press into pan, bake 10 mins at 350°F.
  • Beat cream cheese, add sugar, vanilla, eggs. Fold in sour cream + chips. Spread over crust.
  • Bake 25–30 mins at 325°F until nearly set. Cool 2 hrs, then chill 4 hrs+. Slice cleanly.
