Instructions
Crush graham crackers, mix with butter & salt, press into pan, bake 10 mins at 350°F.
Beat cream cheese, add sugar, vanilla, eggs. Fold in sour cream + chips. Spread over crust.
Bake 25–30 mins at 325°F until nearly set. Cool 2 hrs, then chill 4 hrs+. Slice cleanly.
