Ingredients

  • 1 cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
  • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¾ cup Natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup Brown sugar Packed
  • ¼ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 Large egg
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup Chopped peanuts optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Whisk oats, flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a medium bowl.
  • Mix peanut butter, sugars, egg, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet, mix, then fold in chips and nuts.
  • Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes.
  • Drop dough onto baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes, edges golden, centers slightly underdone.
  • Cool 5 min on sheet, then move to rack.
