Ingredients

Crust

  • 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs For crust

Ganache

Filling

  • 8 oz cream cheese Softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar Sweetens filling

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream Whipped to stiff peaks
  • 1 teaspoon gelatin or cornstarch To stabilize filling

Topping

  • Fresh strawberries For topping
  • Whipped cream For garnish
  • Chocolate shavings Optional topping

Instructions

  • Crush cookies and mix with butter, sugar, and salt. Press into pan and bake at 350°F for 10 min. Cool completely.
  • Heat cream, pour over chocolate, add vanilla, stir smooth. Spread over crust, chill 30 min.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Fold in strawberries and whipped cream. Add gelatin if needed.
  • Spread strawberry filling over ganache; chill 4 hours or overnight.
  • Top with whipped cream, fresh strawberries, and chocolate shavings before serving.

Notes

This pie is perfect for special occasions and can be made ahead. Customize the topping with other berries or chocolate decorations.
