Instructions
Cream butter & sugars until fluffy.
Add eggs & vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients separately.
Combine wet and dry mixtures.
Chill dough 30 mins.
Roll into balls.
Coat in cinnamon sugar.
Bake at 350°F for 8–10 mins.
Cool on sheet 5 mins.
Transfer to wire rack.
Notes
You can add a touch more nutmeg or even clove for deeper spice flavor. These cookies freeze well, too!
