Cream Cheese Frosting

Instructions
roll out puff pastry or cruffin dough and spread softened butter, cinnamon, and sugar evenly over the surface.
Brush edges lightly with egg wash, then roll up the dough tightly and cut into strips or logs.
Slice lengthwise (if using logs), twist, and coil into greased muffin tin.
Chill for 15 minutes or let rise 30–45 minutes if using yeast dough.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 18–22 minutes or until golden brown and fully baked.
Cool slightly, then top with cream cheese frosting. Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Customize the filling with chopped nuts or even a touch of citrus zest. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
