Instructions
Make dough by creaming butter and sugars, then mixing in eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
Use cookie scoop to portion dough into greased muffin tin. Use small spoon to shape into cup forms.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes. Reshape center if needed while warm.
Cool completely on wire rack.
Fill each cup with desired filling and garnish as preferred.
Notes
Cookie cups can be made ahead and stored unfilled. Customize with your favorite fillings for any occasion.
