  • 2 tablespoon Heavy cream Or milk

Cookie Layer

  • cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 3 tablespoon Granulated sugar
  • 1 Large egg Room temperature
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup All-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Chocolate chips Semisweet or dark

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
  • Line pan with parchment paper
  • Make brownie batter
  • Crush Oreos with cream/milk
  • Make cookie dough
  • Spread brownie batter in pan
  • Add crushed Oreo layer
  • Drop spoonfuls of cookie dough
  • Let rest 10 minutes before baking
  • Bake for 35–40 mins
  • Cool completely before cutting
