Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Crush Oreos into chunky pieces using a food processor.
In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 3 minutes until fluffy.
Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough into rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
