Ingredients

  • 2 ¼ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Butter Softened
  • ¾ cup Granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup Brown sugar Packed
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups Crushed Oreo cookies
  • 1 cup White chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • Crush Oreos into chunky pieces using a food processor.
  • In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar for 3 minutes until fluffy.
  • Add eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla extract.
  • Combine dry and wet ingredients until just mixed.
  • Fold in crushed Oreos and white chocolate chips.
  • Use a cookie scoop to scoop dough into rounded tablespoons onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Bake for 9–11 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
  • Cool on wire rack for 5 minutes.
