Instructions
Wash cranberries, zest & juice orange.
Water, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon.
Add cranberries & zest, cook until they pop.
Stir in vanilla & salt, cool, remove cinnamon.
Notes
For a thicker texture, cook a few minutes longer. For a fresher relish-style version, pulse ingredients raw in a food processor.
