Ingredients

Brownie Base

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips High-quality recommended
  • 1 cup unsalted butter Melted
  • 4 large eggs room temperature
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup cocoa powder Unsweetened
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Strawberry Layer

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries finely chopped
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Chocolate Drizzle

  • ½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream

Instructions

Brownie Base

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line 9x13 pan with parchment.
  • Melt chocolate chips and butter in 30-second microwave intervals.
  • Whisk eggs, sugar, and vanilla until combined.
  • Mix in melted chocolate mixture.
  • Fold in sifted flour, cocoa powder, and salt.

Strawberry Layer

  • Cook strawberries and sugar until thickened (10-15 minutes).
  • Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  • Fold in cooled strawberry mixture.

Assembly and Baking

  • Pour brownie batter in pan.
  • Add strawberry mixture in dollops.
  • Swirl with knife.
  • Bake 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool completely.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate mixture.
