  • Apple peeler/corer For prepping apples

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Apples, fresh Peeled and diced
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Rolled oats
  • ½ cup Brown sugar Packed
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Butter Softened
  • 2 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Walnuts or pecans (optional) Chopped

Instructions

  • Beat butter and sugars until fluffy, then add eggs and vanilla.
  • Combine flour, oats, spices, baking soda, and salt in a separate bowl.
  • Add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
  • Stir in diced apples and nuts (if using).
  • Drop dough onto parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–15 minutes.
  • Rest 5 minutes on sheet, then transfer to wire rack to cool.
