Instructions
Peel and core apples, then cut into wedges.
Mix cinnamon and sugar; coat apple pieces.
Unroll crescent dough and place an apple on each triangle.
Seal edges and arrange dumplings in a greased baking dish.
Mix melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon; pour over dumplings.
Add soda around edges of the dish (not directly on dumplings).
Bake at 350°F for 35–40 minutes until golden and bubbly.
Cool 5–10 minutes before serving with vanilla ice cream.
Notes
Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Perfect for fall or any cozy evening treat!
