Ingredients

  • 3 Ripe bananas Mashed
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs Room temperature
  • ½ cup Sour cream Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Cinnamon Optional
  • ½ cup Chopped walnuts/pecans Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven and grease pan
  • Mash bananas in large bowl
  • Add butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla
  • Whisk dry ingredients separately
  • Fold dry into wet gently
  • Pour into loaf pan
  • Bake 55–65 mins at 350°F
  • Cool 10 mins in pan, then on rack
  • Slice and enjoy
