Preheat oven and grease pan
Mash bananas in large bowl
Add butter, sugar, eggs, sour cream, vanilla
Whisk dry ingredients separately
Fold dry into wet gently
Pour into loaf pan

Cool 10 mins in pan, then on rack
Slice and enjoy
