Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1.5 cups Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Butter Room temperature
  • 3 Eggs Room temperature
  • 1 tablespoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon Baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 cup Buttermilk Or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise Optional for extra moisture

Instructions

  • Grease and flour bundt pan
  • Beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy
  • Mix in eggs one at a time
  • Whisk dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk
  • Let batter rest for 10 minutes
  • Pour into pan and bake at 325°F for 45–60 min
  • Cool 10–15 min in pan before removing
