Add gradually just enough to form dough

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Mix flour, salt, baking powder, seasonings.
Add olive oil and stir into coarse crumbs.
Gradually mix in cold water to form dough.
Knead gently for 30 seconds.
Divide dough, roll thin (1/16 inch).
Cut into shapes with pizza cutter.
Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
Prick with fork to prevent puffing.
Brush with oil/water; add toppings.
Bake for 10–12 mins until golden.
Cool completely on baking sheets.
