  • 2 Baking sheets Line with parchment paper
  • 1 Fork To prick holes in dough

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups All-purpose flour Can substitute whole wheat or gluten-free blend
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder For crispness
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil Or melted butter for richer flavor
  • 6–8 tbsp Cold water Add gradually just enough to form dough
  • 1 tablespoon Seasonings Optional: rosemary garlic powder, or herbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix flour, salt, baking powder, seasonings.
  • Add olive oil and stir into coarse crumbs.
  • Gradually mix in cold water to form dough.
  • Knead gently for 30 seconds.
  • Divide dough, roll thin (1/16 inch).
  • Cut into shapes with pizza cutter.
  • Place on parchment-lined baking sheets.
  • Prick with fork to prevent puffing.
  • Brush with oil/water; add toppings.
  • Bake for 10–12 mins until golden.
  • Cool completely on baking sheets.
