Ingredients

  • 1 cup Almond flour Finely ground
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder Aluminum-free
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt Adjust to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Cream cheese Softened
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Cold, cubed
  • 2 large Eggs Beaten
  • ¼ teaspoon Garlic powder Optional
  • teaspoon Black pepper Optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Mix almond flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • Cut in cream cheese and butter until crumbly.
  • Add beaten eggs and stir until dough forms.
  • Shape into small rounds on parchment-lined tray.
  • Bake 14–16 minutes until golden.
  • Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to rack.
