Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and prep baking sheets
Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
Rub lemon zest into sugar, then cream with butter
Add eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla
Combine dry with wet ingredients
Fold in blueberries (and chocolate chips if using)
Scoop dough, place on sheets, and add extra berries
Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are golden
Cool on sheet 5 mins, then transfer to rack
Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies
