Lemon Glaze:

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and prep baking sheets
  • Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt
  • Rub lemon zest into sugar, then cream with butter
  • Add eggs, lemon juice, zest, and vanilla
  • Combine dry with wet ingredients
  • Fold in blueberries (and chocolate chips if using)
  • Scoop dough, place on sheets, and add extra berries
  • Bake 12–14 minutes until edges are golden
  • Cool on sheet 5 mins, then transfer to rack
  • Mix glaze ingredients and drizzle over cooled cookies
