Ingredients

White chocolate chips

Sweetened condensed milk

Pistachio pudding mix
instant

Vanilla extract

Shelled pistachios
half chopped, half whole
Instructions
Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper. Chop half pistachios.
Microwave white chocolate + condensed milk in 30-sec intervals until melted.
Stir in pistachio pudding mix + vanilla until smooth.
Spread into pan, top with pistachios.
Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
Notes
To change things up, try swapping pistachios for other nuts or adding a pinch of sea salt on top for contrast!
