Ingredients
  

  • 1 box Red Velvet Cake Mix The base for the cookies
  • 2 large Eggs Room temperature preferred
  • cup Vegetable Oil Can substitute with melted butter

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • Mix cake mix, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Fold in white chocolate chips.
  • Scoop dough into balls.
  • (Optional) Roll dough in powdered sugar for crinkle effect.
  • Place cookies 2 inches apart on baking sheet.
  • Bake for 9-11 minutes, until edges are set.
  • Let cookies cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
