Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F
  • Line pan with parchment
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Whisk eggs in separate bowl
  • Add coconut oil and vanilla
  • Fold wet into dry ingredients
  • Let batter rest 10 minutes
  • Pour into pan and spread evenly
  • Bake for 22–25 minutes
  • Cool completely before cutting
