Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line pan with parchment paper.
  • Mash avocados until smooth.
  • In a bowl, combine mashed avocado, maple syrup, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.
  • Whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
  • Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then stir in chocolate chips if using.
  • Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to enhance fudgy texture.
  • Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
