Whisk together cocoa powder, almond flour, coconut flour, baking soda, and salt.
Fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, then stir in chocolate chips if using.
Let the batter rest for 10 minutes to enhance fudgy texture.
Transfer batter to the prepared pan and bake for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with moist crumbs.
Cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
