Ingredients

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 0.25 cup Natural almond butter

  • 0.25 cup Pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.33 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coconut flour
  • 0.25 cup Coconut sugar
  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 cup Dark chocolate chips Plus more for topping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line pan with parchment paper.
  • Blend black beans until smooth in food processor.
  • Add eggs, almond butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, vanilla; pulse until smooth.
  • Whisk all dry ingredients in a bowl.
  • Fold dry ingredients into wet mixture, then fold in chocolate chips.
  • Pour into pan and bake for 22–25 minutes until toothpick has moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely before cutting.
