Instructions
Preheat oven to 425°F, whisk flour, baking powder, salt, sugar.
Add cold butter cubes, cut in until coarse crumbs form.
Pour in buttermilk, gently stir until dough comes together.
Pat dough into rectangle, fold once for layers.
Pat to ¾-inch thick, cut biscuits straight down.
Place on sheet, bake 15–17 min until golden.
