Instructions
Mix flour, salt, and cold butter until crumbly
Add egg yolk and cold water to form dough
Chill dough for 30 minutes
Combine mincemeat, maple syrup, and spices
Roll dough to 3mm, cut circles, add filling
Seal with fork, brush with egg wash
Bake at 200°C (390°F) for 12–15 min
Cool on rack, dust with sugar
