for boiling water

Instructions
Dissolve yeast & sugar in warm water until foamy.
Combine flour, salt, yeast mixture, and oil; knead until smooth.
Cover and let dough double for 45–60 minutes.
Roll into ropes and form pretzels or bites.
Drop into baking soda water for 30 sec per side.
Brush with egg and sprinkle with salt.
425°F (220°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden.
Brush with melted butter.
Notes
Best served warm with mustard, cheese dip, or melted butter. Store leftovers in an airtight container and reheat before serving.
