Ingredients
- ½ cup Unsalted butter Melted
- 1 cup Granulated sugar
- 2 Eggs Large, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ½ cup All-purpose flour Spoon and level for accuracy
- ⅓ cup Unsweetened cocoa
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ½ cup Mini chocolate chips Plus extra for topping
- 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil Adds extra moisture for soft texture
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
- Grease or line a 24-cup mini muffin tin
- Whisk melted butter and sugar
- Add eggs one at a time
- Stir in vanilla and oil
- Mix flour, cocoa powder, salt
- Combine wet and dry ingredients
- Fold in mini chocolate chips
- Fill muffin cups ⅔ full
- Top with extra chips (optional)
- Bake 12–14 min until edges set
- Cool 5 min in pan
