  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoon butter Softened
  • 2 tablespoon milk powder Optional, improves softness
  • 1 tablespoon sugar Optional, enhances browning

Instructions

  • layer water, honey, oats, flours, yeast, salt, butter, milk powder, sugar.
  • choose whole wheat or basic cycle; medium crust.
  • let it knead, rise, and bake automatically.
