Ingredients

  • 2 cups Warm water 110°F/45°C
  • cup Honey Adds natural sweetness & moisture
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Active dry yeast 2 packets

  • 6-7 cups All-purpose flour Start with 6 cups add as needed

Instructions

  • Mix warm water & honey, add yeast, let sit until foamy
  • Add salt & oil, then gradually mix in flour
  • Knead for 8-10 minutes until smooth & elastic
  • Let dough rise for 1 hour until doubled
  • Divide dough, shape into loaves, place in pans
  • Let loaves rise for 30-40 minutes
  • Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30-35 minutes
