Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Almond flour Finely ground, blanched
  • 4 large Eggs Room temperature
  • 2 tablespoon Butter Unsalted, melted
  • 2 oz Cream cheese Softened
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Apple cider vinegar Helps rise
  • ¼ teaspoon Sea salt
  • Herbs or sweetener Optional, for flavor variations

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
  • In another bowl, blend eggs, melted butter, and softened cream cheese using a hand mixer or blender.
  • Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon or spatula.
  • Add apple cider vinegar and gently mix to combine.
  • Let the batter rest for a couple of minutes.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.

Notes

Optional: Add your favorite herbs or a touch of low-carb sweetener for flavor variations.
