Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Line a 9x5 inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking soda, and sea salt.
In another bowl, blend eggs, melted butter, and softened cream cheese using a hand mixer or blender.
Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients using a wooden spoon or spatula.
Add apple cider vinegar and gently mix to combine.
Let the batter rest for a couple of minutes.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top evenly.
Bake for 40–45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack before slicing.
Notes
Optional: Add your favorite herbs or a touch of low-carb sweetener for flavor variations.
