Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Mix dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, and salt.
Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
Add egg, lime juice, zest, and vanilla extract.
Combine wet and dry mixtures until just mixed.
Scoop dough onto baking sheets using cookie scoop.
Bake cookies for 8–10 minutes.
Cool on rack for 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack.
Whisk glaze ingredients: powdered sugar, lime juice, zest.
Glaze cookies once cooled.
Let glaze set for 15 minutes.
