Ingredients

Instructions
Preheat to 350°F and prep trays.
Whisk flour, baking powder, salt.
Cream butter and sugar with zest.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Mix in lemon juice and vanilla.
Add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Form 1-inch balls using cookie scoop.
Roll in powdered sugar.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are set.
Rest 5 minutes then transfer to wire rack.
Notes
Chilling helps prevent spreading, but is optional depending on texture preference.
