  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl Large size
  • 1 8x8 inch baking dish Lined with parchment
  • 1 Parchment paper With overhang for easy lift
  • 1 Knife For chopping pistachios
  • 1 Offset spatula For spreading fudge
  • Set Measuring cups/spoons
  • 1 Kitchen scale Optional

Ingredients

  • 2 cups White chocolate chips or chopped white chocolate
  • 1 can (14 oz) Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 cup Shelled pistachios Half chopped, half whole
  • 0.5 cup Powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Heavy cream
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • few drops Green food coloring Optional
  • 0.5 cup Marshmallow fluff

Instructions

  • Line dish with parchment, chop pistachios.
  • Microwave chocolate, condensed milk, butter in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  • Stir in vanilla, salt, and food coloring.
  • Fold in chopped pistachios.
  • Pour into prepared dish and smooth the surface with offset spatula.
  • Top with whole pistachios and press gently.
  • Chill for 2 hours or until firm, then cut into squares.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes a great edible gift!
