Sweetened condensed milk

Shelled pistachios
Half chopped, half whole

Instructions
Line dish with parchment, chop pistachios.
Microwave chocolate, condensed milk, butter in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth.
Stir in vanilla, salt, and food coloring.
Fold in chopped pistachios.
Pour into prepared dish and smooth the surface with offset spatula.
Top with whole pistachios and press gently.
Chill for 2 hours or until firm, then cut into squares.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Makes a great edible gift!
