Ingredients

  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • cup whole milk room temperature
  • cup all-purpose flour sifted
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar

  • 2 tablespoon unsalted butter cut into 12 pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Heat muffin tin with butter.
  • Whisk eggs.
  • Add milk and vanilla.
  • Add flour, sugar, salt.
  • Let batter rest.
