  • 1 9x13 inch baking pan lined with parchment paper
  • 1 Parchment paper for easy removal and clean slicing
  • 1 Electric mixer or use wooden spoon
  • 1 Microwave-safe bowl or double boiler for melting chocolate
  • 1 Offset spatula for smooth chocolate layer
  • 1 Sharp knife clean cuts—wipe between each slice
  • 1 Measuring cups/spoons standard set

Ingredients

Peanut Butter Layer

  • 1 cup Creamy peanut butter use good quality
  • ½ cup Butter softened
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 2 cups Powdered sugar sifted
  • 1 cup Graham cracker crumbs adds texture

Chocolate Layer

  • 1 ½ cups Semi-sweet chocolate chips melted
  • 1 tablespoon Coconut oil for smooth chocolate layer
  • 2 tablespoon Heavy cream for glossy finish
  • 1 pinch Salt optional but enhances flavor

Instructions

  • Line baking pan with parchment paper.
  • Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla until smooth.
  • Add powdered sugar & graham crumbs, press into pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil.
  • Stir in cream and salt until glossy.
  • Spread chocolate over peanut layer evenly.
  • Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
  • Cut into bars and serve.

Notes

Keep stored in the fridge in an airtight container for up to a week. Perfect for make-ahead desserts!
