Instructions
Add Nutella to the bottom of a microwave-safe mug.
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet in another.
Combine both and fold in chocolate chips.
Pour batter over Nutella layer in the mug.
Microwave 1–2 minutes until top is set.
Let cool for 1 minute and top with whipped cream.
Notes
Adjust sugar and chocolate chips to your preference. Mug size matters — use at least an 8 oz mug to avoid overflow!
