Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh peaches Peeled, pitted, pureed
  • 2 ½ cups All-purpose flour
  • ½ cup Unsalted butter Softened
  • ½ cup Brown sugar Packed
  • ½ cup Granulated sugar
  • 2 Large eggs Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup Cream cheese Room temperature
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon Baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon Salt Plus pinch for peach puree
  • ½ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar For optional glaze
  • 1 tablespoon Milk For optional glaze
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice Optional glaze or flavor boost

Instructions

  • Blanch & peel peaches
  • Puree & strain peaches
  • Cream butter & sugars
  • Add eggs, cream cheese
  • Fold in puree & dry mix
  • Chill the dough
  • Scoop onto sheet
  • Bake at 350°F
  • Cool on rack
