Instructions
Roll dough and brush with garlic butter.
Layer pepperoni and cheeses evenly, sprinkle with seasoning.
Roll into a log, seal the seam, and slice into equal pieces.
Arrange slices in greased baking dish, brush with remaining butter.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then serve warm with marinara sauce.
Notes
Customize with your favorite meats or veggies. Make it spicy with red pepper flakes!
