Ingredients

  • 1 lb Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 6 oz Pepperoni slices Evenly layered
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning Dried
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder Mixed with butter
  • 3 tablespoon Butter Melted
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Optional, for brushing
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce For dipping
  • 2 tablespoon Fresh basil Chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper Ground
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt To taste

Instructions

  • Roll dough and brush with garlic butter.
  • Layer pepperoni and cheeses evenly, sprinkle with seasoning.
  • Roll into a log, seal the seam, and slice into equal pieces.
  • Arrange slices in greased baking dish, brush with remaining butter.
  • Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Let cool for 5–10 minutes, then serve warm with marinara sauce.

Notes

Customize with your favorite meats or veggies. Make it spicy with red pepper flakes!
