Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate protein powder, almond flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
In another bowl, beat the eggs, then mix in Greek yogurt, sweetener, vanilla, coconut oil, almond butter, and applesauce.
Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in dark chocolate chips.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
Cool for at least 30 minutes on a wire rack before slicing into 12 squares.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or freeze for longer shelf life. Customize with nuts or other mix-ins as desired.
